Hey guys

I'm heading to Frankfurt in a little while. Then its one night there and I'm flying home. I've had the greatest time whilst travelling. Its not so much that I miss home, but I kind of miss the comforts of home. Like sitting on the couch and watching TV in a language I can understand. Sleeping in my own room without the sounds of snores coming from neighbouring beds. And LAUNDRY! Man, do I miss clean clothes. I haven't washed the hoodie that I'm wearing in weeks. Anyway, be prepared for a super lengthy entry when I get home.

Peace out

~Ashley

Back in Munich

Hey guys.

So I just arrived in Munich for the second time. I really enjoyed the first time I came here and I have some time to eat until the day I go home (Mark June 21st on your calenders with ``ASHLEY'S HOMECOMING`` in big block letters). I went on this awesome (and cheap!) pub crawl the last time. I'm going to see if they are doing that tomorrow. I didn't make it to the BMW museum last time. I think I might go to that. But I'm deffinately going back to the Haufbrohaus and getting one of the giant(1.5L) beer mugs to bring home.

I can't wait to see everyone when I get home. SO CALL ME AFTER THE 21st AND INVITE ME OVER!

With love,

-Ashley

If Munich should be remembered for one thing, its the endless supply of beer. Since the moment I arrived a few days ago, big jugs of beers have just been finding their way to my mouth. And the funny thing is, I only remember paying for it once. Free beer is always good in my book. I went on this tour of all the best bars in Munich last night. It was tons of fun. We would be walking alond the street from one bar to the next and every now and then the guide would be like ´Before we can go any further, everyone must do a shot.´ He´d reach in to his bag and bring out 50 plastic shot glasses and a bottle of flavored vodka. And we´d all do a shot on the street. The German word for ´cheers´is ´prost´. The company that does the tour posts pics of the night on their webpage. It can be seen here:

I´m in all the group shots, but I can be most easily seen in pics 4, 6, 87, and 91.
My hostel is throwing a Playboy (the bunny part anway) inspired easter party in the hostel bar.
Anyway, keep sending me emails people! I want to make sure everyone back home is still alive and whatnot.

Hey everyone. I just arrived in Munich yesterday.

Its a nice town. But one question has been plaguing me since I arrived. Where are all the people? I walked around this morning and there weren´t any cars or people anywhere. Do people live here or does this city some how just exist on its own?

I went to a beer hall last night with a bunch of people from my hostel. The beers were giantic.

I hope you guys are all doing well. I´m having a great time. It is a bit too windy for my liking though. I´ll survive though.
