Leaving Prague today

Greetings everyone.

I will be leaving Prague today at 15:23 <think Canada should adopt the 24 hour clock.>. I'm off to Salburg next. Then I'm going to Leichtenstein. Its a really small country between Switzerland and Austria. I plan to walk across it. It will probably take about 3 hours or so.

I went to a club last night called 'The Worlds Biggest Music Club... In Middle Europe' I guess it was kind of big. Hers a pic.IMGP1096.JPG

In Czech Republic, their currency is called 'crowns'. 1 crown is worth about 5 Canadian cents. You cant really take anything less than 500 crowns out of the ATMs. So here is a pic of a 2000 crown note. I just thought it was funny to see such a large number on one bill.

On another note. I have had nothing but rain for the past month. It started in Madrid, then Barcelona, then Geneva. I however, managed to outsmart this rain storm when I flew from Germany to Dublin and got two good days there. But then it followed me up to Belfast, then Glasgow, then Edinburgh, London, Brussels, Luxemburg, Cologne, Amsterdam, Basel, Munich and it started raining the second I arrived in Prague. But yesterday, it all just went away. And I have had nothing but sun since then. I'm very happy about that.

Anyway, talk to you later.

In Prague again

Hey everyone.

My 4 month tour of Europe, Middle East, and Africa is now slowly coming to a close. I'm getting kind of anxious to get home. I love travelling and over the past few months I have had some of the most enlightening and valuable experiences of my life. But constantly being on the move is starting to get to me. It will be nice to get home and take a shower without someone banging on the door trying to get in. Or leaving a mess in my room and not caring. Or drinking some decent coffee for once.

I liked Prague so much the first time, that I decided to come here again as I round out the area of Europe. I'll be in Salzburg next. Anyway, talk to you later.

One wild night in Prague.

My room mate and I went to a bar here in Prague last night. We ended up running into a group of Welsh guys who were throwing a bacherlor party. So we ended up hanging out with them for the night. They bought us like 5 beers each; which is always a plus. We later went to a few clubs. But anything else you probably don't want to know about.

Anyway, heading off to Paris tomarrow.

Prague Rocks!

I arrived in Prague last night. I love it here. I went to an exibit of Alfonse Mucha. He was one of the most important artists during the Art Neaveaux period. The people here are really nice and everything is super cheap. You can get a beer for 60 crowns. Or roughly 2.50 euros(I won't even try to think in CAD until I get back). I went on a tour of the river today. I'm going on another bar tour tomarrow and I'm going on a ghost walk on Friday. I'm safe and sound and all that. So don't worry.

Anyway, until next time.
