Hey guys and gals, Ashley is back in town!

I got home the night of the 21st after an 11 hour flight from Germany. Returning home is bittersweet. I'm glad to have the comforts of home again. Regular coffee, my own room, showers without someone bangining on the door begging to get in. But there is a sense of satisfaction about being in a far away land on your own that you just don't get here. I can't wait to travel abroad again.

I think taking this trip was one of the best things that I have done for myself. I feel more in touch with the world and have a new respect for other cultures.

As for my next adventure, I'll be going down under to Australia sometime late this year. I have discovered that I have an insatiable hunger for travel. I don't think I will ever stop.

Keep in touch homies.

PS

I went skydiving a few days before going home, here proof!

Still in Europe

Hey guys

I'm heading to Frankfurt in a little while. Then its one night there and I'm flying home. I've had the greatest time whilst travelling. Its not so much that I miss home, but I kind of miss the comforts of home. Like sitting on the couch and watching TV in a language I can understand. Sleeping in my own room without the sounds of snores coming from neighbouring beds. And LAUNDRY! Man, do I miss clean clothes. I haven't washed the hoodie that I'm wearing in weeks. Anyway, be prepared for a super lengthy entry when I get home.

Peace out

Hey everyone.

I am officially on my last stop before heading home. I am in Interlaken Switzerland. It is easily one of my favorite places on earth. The place is so beautiful. Everywhere you look, there is a mountain. The people are super friendly and the hostel ROCKS! And its somewhat cheep compared to the rest of Switzerland. If you are ever in the Alps, be sure to stop by. Tomorrow and the next day I'm going to a concert. Billy Talent will be playing on the 18th. I want to brag to all the people back home that I saw them in Switzerland. On the 19th, (budget permitting) I hope to go skydiving. I'll let you know how that turns out. I'll be home on the 21st, so I'm expecting alot of phone calls asking me how it all went. DON'T DISSAPOINT ME!

Can't wait to see everyone again,

-Ashley

Hey guys.

I arrived in Luzern yesterday. I'll be going to Grindelwald tomorrow. Then after that, I'll be back in one of my favorite cities , Interlaken. I'll be there for the Greenfield festival and try out my luck with skydiving. Then after that I'll be coming home. **wipes tear**

I just passed through Innsbruck were I walked in on a couples Jack and Jill party and pushed my liver to the limit. Gin, tequiIa, absinthe, pretty much anything in a shot glass. And while my memory of the later parts of the evening are rather foggy, I woke up safe and sound. IN LIECHTENSTEIN! Its a really tiny country nestsled between Austria and Switzerland. After heading back to Austria to grab my things, I decided to spend a few nights here and add and cross a new goal of my things to do before I die list. Walk across an entire country. I started at the Swiss boarder and headed over the Austrian boarder. It took about 3 and a half hours.
